Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy:
All Webinar sales and membership sales are considered final and no refunds or reschedules will be provided. If Log On To Learn cancels a webinar event a prompt refund will be provided within 3 business days of cancellation.

Instructor-led Course fees for public courses are fully refundable if Log On To Learn receives written communication of the cancellation before the 15th day before the course start date. Log On To Learn will accept notification via U.S. mail, fax, or through email sent to cancellation @ logontolearn.com. Cancellation or reschedule requests received fewer than 15 days before a course start date will be charged 100% of the course fee. If you fail to attend the course or seminar without giving notification to Log On To Learn, the full course fee will be charged. A substitute may be sent in your place to avoid penalties.

Credit card payment refunds must be credited to the same credit card account number.

Log On to Learn may cancel a class due to low enrollment; a 10-day notice is typically provided to enrolled students. If Log On To Learn cancels a class or webinar we will provide a prompt refund within 3 business days.

Returns of Log On To Learn course materials will be accepted if course materials are in new and unused condition. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Course materials are considered items purchased from our website, http://www.knowledgewave.com/courseware.html.

Return shipping is to be paid by customer.
